It was in 1988 that the Lord sovereignly prompted Tim to go on his first missions trip. He began to lead trips from his church and organized several trips from the business where he was employed. Then in 1993 Tim and a group of others felt the Lord was directing them to take another step, which was to formally become an organized nonprofit. Tim was chosen to become president of this newly formed group, Teams Commissioned for Christ International. Tim says he is just an ordinary guy who wants to make his life count, to bear fruit which will last, to glorify God while being faithful and obedient to His call and direction. Tim, his wife, Marie, and his two daughters, Brianna and Ashley, live in Orlando. In 2001, Tim and Marie's son with numerous special needs, Nathaniel relocated to Heaven. It was then that Nathaniel's Hope was born, an organization dedicated to sharing "the Hope" with kids with special needs and their families.

Tim also serves as the COO for Regal Boats in Orlando.

Now, over 20 years later, Tim and Marie still continue to take trips to Guatemala.
